Booking & retainer
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer (typically 25% of the session fee, or as specified) are required to reserve your session date. Until both are received, the date remains open to other inquiries.
Cancellation
Retainers are non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable up to 30 days before your session. Inside of 30 days, the remaining balance is forfeit. Sessions cancelled by Wild Flower Photography due to illness or force majeure will be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded in full.
Rescheduling
One reschedule, made at least 14 days before your session, is included at no charge. Subsequent reschedules or changes inside the 14-day window incur a fee of $200.
Delivery
Galleries are delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract (typically 4–6 weeks for portraits, 8–10 weeks for weddings). Sneak peeks may be sent earlier.
Copyright
Wild Flower Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal print and use license, as detailed on the image licensing page.
